Data Engineer / PL/SQL Developer

• Create, maintain, and debug ETL process with GCP DataProc accessing encrypted files in multiple buckets, extracting the data, transforming, and loading the data to different tables on GCP BigQuery. The DataProcs were created with Python, PySpark, and the workflows were monitored with GCP Composer, and Apache Airflow
• Create multiple and complex queries for extracting data in BigQuery for multiple data warehouses, as well as complex stored procedures, and routines.
• Accessing with Cloud SQL to SQL Server database to manipulate, fix, and debug data to give support to clients that were using the ERP on cloud.
• Besides Google Cloud Platform (GCP), I used to work with Oracle OCI using instances, virtual networks on cloud, and Oracle autonomous databases.
• Work with an ERP called PRIORITY. I was in charge of maintenance and creating new functionalities for different modules including Accounting, Warehouse, HR, and Electronic Invoice. I accomplished all these tasks using PL/SQL, Oracle 19c, DDL and DML queries, packages, triggers, functions, procedures, etc.
• Give support to clients worldwide. This support was constantly in touch with the client from the beginning to the end. I had to find different bugs in all the ERP using complex queries, created work arounds, and new change requests according to their needs in each country
• Created a bot in python using Flask, bolt, and ngrok for RH department that is embedded in Slack
• Use of Java, Springboot, Maven, Thymeleaf in order to develop an administrative tool that helps the company internally.
